1. Abstract Sulfasalazine is an immunomodulatory drug used in the treatment of various dysimmune diseases including the intestinal bowel disease. Sulfasalazine is known to cause sulfasalazine-induced hypersensitivity syndrome (SIHS), also known as drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS).

1. Abstract A 64-year-old male patient diagnosed with locally advanced esophageal cancer complicated by tracheo-esophageal fistula. Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), contrasted CT and PET-CT showed mid esophageal lesion.
