Malignant Tracheo-Esophageal Fistula: Case Report

1. Abstract A 64-year-old male patient diagnosed with locally advanced esophageal cancer complicated by tracheo-esophageal fistula. Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), contrasted CT and PET-CT showed mid esophageal lesion. Bronchial fibroscopy (BFS) revealed protruding nodular mass invasion from esophagus at the distal trachea and fistula.
