1. Abstract 1.1. Purpose: We assessed the efficacy and safety of different local-regional regimens using the network metaanalysis for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with portal/hepatic vein tumor thrombosis. The interested modalities included neoadjuvant three-dimensional radiotherapy(3D-CRT), postoperative intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT), Postoperative transarterial chemoembolization (TACE), 3DCRT plus TACE, and Surgery alone.
